Exercises

The exercises in Plussa must be completed successfully and independently. They are intended as learning tools, and similar questions can also be found in the examination.

On this course, artificial intelligence may be used for information retrieval, but not for directly solving exercises. See also the university’s general guidelines. The material and its links are continuously developed with the aim that they should be sufficient for solving the exercises.

The exercises have a limited number of submission attempts. Therefore, answer the exercises only after familiarising yourself with the material, so that attempts are not wasted. If an exercise becomes locked, you must contact the course staff by email with the subject line “Cyber1/locked exercise”. Explain why you were unable to answer the exercise. The exact subject format is important so that the message reaches the correct destination and can be found in the mailbox. Please note that there may be a delay in reopening locked exercises.

The exercises provide feedback on your answer unless otherwise stated. Most exercises are accepted even if the answer is not completely correct. The score required for acceptance is shown at the top of the exercise.

Your progress in completing the exercises can be seen in the module-specific progress bars in the Your points section and on the course front page. Module-specific points are also visible in the Course materials section.

Select the correct option. After submitting your answer, feedback on the option you selected can be read below the exercise.
